COPYRIGHTS
Royalties or profits from materials developed by employees utilizing University time, supplies, or equipment are to be divided on an equitable basis between the employees and the University based on the value of the respective contributions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the equitable division will be made without regard to whether the materials are copyrighted or, if copyrighted, which party holds the copyright.
INVENTIONS AND PATENTS
