While there are many copyright exceptions afforded educational institutions, restrictions to these exceptions do exist and and often change according to the situation. As a result, copyright must be approached differently for Face-to-Face Instruction, as opposed to Distance Instruction. This section will detail policies and strategies for copyrighted material use by instructors in both cases.
